Marshall University, in partnership with INTO, offers English Language and Pathway programs that lead to a bachelor’s degree, MBA or a master’s degree. These programs are for international students who will benefit from additional English language study and personalized support.

Undergraduate Programs

Over 50 undergraduate programs with bachelor’s degrees fields related to business, engineering, information technology, environmental science, health science, journalism, education, and liberal arts.
  • Undergraduate Tuition estimated at $13,930 per academic year for international/non-resident students

Undergraduate Pathway Programs

Combining intensive language study and academic skills development, the Undergraduate Pathway program prepares students to progress to a relevant Marshall University undergraduate degree program upon successful completion.

Academic English

The Academic English program at INTO Marshall University prepares international students for university study in the U.S.

  • Progression to Pathway and degree programs upon successful completion of the required Academic English level
  • Academic English tuition is $5,100 per semester

General English

The General English program at INTO Marshall University is designed for students of all levels of English who want to study on a university campus and develop social and professional communication skills.
  • Classes meet year-round; program durations vary from 5 to 45 weeks
  • 5 levels of instruction with small class sizes of 18-20 students
  • 21 hours of classes per week covering listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
  • General English tuition is $355-$405 per week (minimum 5 weeks)
